You may begin setting up your booths on Thursday @ 9:00 AM; show hours are Friday and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you are not going to be here to work your booth, please find someone else to work your booth for you.  It is very discourteous to rely on your fellow dealers to sell items for you. 
Please do not cover your booths and leave early, your booths should be manned during show hours. We ask that you not break down your booth until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Because we have limited parking available we ask that you park in the lower parking area behind Bits of Treasure.  If you must park in our lot, please park in the very back along the railroad tracks. You must never park in front of the building, these spaces are reserved for customers only.
Any trash or boxes from set up or take down of your booth must be disposed of in the dumpster in the parking lot at the rear of the building. The garbage cans inside the building are for customer use only.

All merchandise must be kept inside the limits of your booth.  We don’t want to create a hazard by having items outside the lines. The Fire Marshall has advised us that this must be enforced. Open flames are not allowed, no lanterns, candles etc. All merchandise must be packed and removed from your booth on Sunday Evening.  Please clean up all trash, boxes and debris as you leave.


We offer the convenience of leaving your merchandise in your booths as a courtesy, but can not be responsible for any loss or damage. We have a waiting list for the permanent booths, so If you should decide to give up your booth, you must let us know, and have it empty, by the 15th of the month prior to the next show, so that we can have time to get a new tenant in place. Failure to give us advance notice will result in you owing an additional months rent. You should keep your booth looking clean and fresh for the shows.  repeat customers will not enter your booth if it looks the same every month. Your booths should be dusted and rearranged and new items brought in for every show. 
By order of the Fire Marshal there is NO SMOKING inside the building at any time.
Booth rent is due on Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Your merchandise is not insured, we are not responsible for theft, fire, water damage or breakage, policies are available for vendors, contact your insurance agency.
It is the responsibility of each vendor to collect sales tax.
