• All bidders must have a bidder's number
• Terms: Cash, Visa, Mastercard,  or Check with proper ID
• 15% Buyers fee, with a 3% discount for Cash or Check 
• 7% sales tax collected at auctions unless you are tax exempt in which case we will need your tax number
• All items sold "As Is / Where Is" with no warranties expressed or implied
• No returns
• No refunds
• Please inspect all items yourself prior to bidding
• All items must be settled for before leaving the premises
• All items must be picked up within 5 days or they will be resold, unless you make arrangements with Tom

"Watch Your Items" You are responsible for your items after they are sold to you. Flowery Branch Antiques is not responsible for any items lost - stolen - broken or otherwise.
